How to Enrol
1. Direct Contact with Dental Clinic for Application
- Application with supporting documents (e.g. Old Age Living Allowance (OALA)) can contact dental clinic directly.
- The dental clinic will contact the applicants in 10 working days to provide the date of first appointment.
- Applicants receive subsidised services at the dental clinic.
2. Contact By Registered Social Worker
- Registered social worker can identify needy persons. Applicants can also contact their social worker, and have their eligibility verified.
- Social worker will complete the referral form, and contact the dental clinic selected by the applicants by email or fax.
- The dental clinic will contact the applicants in 10 working days to provide the date of first appointment.
- Applicants receive subsidised services at the dental clinic.
